EDUCATION FOR ALL

We designed education programs to address various aspects of the education system in Liberia and ensure that children have the opportunity to receive a quality education. These programs include:

1. School Infrastructure Development: We work towards improving school infrastructure by constructing new classrooms, repairing existing buildings, and providing necessary facilities such as libraries, laboratories, and sanitation facilities. This initiative aims to create a conducive learning environment for students.
2. Teacher Training and Capacity Building: We recognizes the importance of well-trained teachers in delivering quality education. We provide training programs and workshops for teachers to enhance their teaching skills, pedagogical approaches, and subject knowledge. By improving teacher capacity, we seeks to enhance the overall quality of education provided in schools.
3. Promotion of Girls’ Education: We places special emphasis on promoting girls’ education and addressing gender disparities in access to education. We work towards eliminating barriers that hinder girls’ enrollment and retention in schools, such as cultural norms, early marriage, and lack of resources. We advocates for equal opportunities for girls and provides support systems to ensure their continued education.
4. Community Engagement and Parental Involvement: Recognizing the importance of community involvement in education, we actively engages with local communities and parents. We organize awareness campaigns, community meetings, and parent-teacher associations to foster collaboration between schools, families, and communities. This approach helps create a supportive environment for children’s learning and encourages active parental involvement in their education.
5. Scholarship Programs: To support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, we offers scholarship programs. These scholarships enable deserving students to access quality education and pursue their academic goals. By providing financial assistance, we aims to reduce the barriers that prevent children from attending school.
6. Education Advocacy and Policy Influence: We advocates for policy reforms and improvements in the education sector. We work closely with government agencies, stakeholders, and other NGOs to influence policies that promote inclusive and quality education. We actively participates in policy dialogues, research initiatives, and advocacy campaigns to bring about positive changes in the education system.

We also recognizes that education is a fundamental right and a key driver of development. We implements various programs aimed at improving access to quality education in underserved areas. This includes supporting schools with infrastructure development, providing educational materials and resources, training teachers, and promoting adult literacy programs.
